Saints will be looking to bounce back when they meet Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.

Danny Fox and Gaston Ramirez will both miss the game for their respective red cards against West Brom last Saturday.

This may mean Luke Shaw could be rushed back to play left back, but Maya Yoshida and Jos Hooiveld have played in that position during the season.

Tottenham salvaged a draw against Wigan Athletic last weekend which put a slight dent in their attempts for a top-four finish.

They lie in fifth place but have a game in hand over Arsenal who lie in fourth.

Former Saint Gareth Bale won the PFA player of the year and young player of the year this week and with 19 goals in 29 appearances he will be the main threat for Southampton.

The Saints have kept just one clean sheet at home this season while Tottenham have kept just three at home themselves.

The Saints also boast a great strike rate away from home with 22 goals in 16 away fixtures – no side outside the top seven has a better record.

The match between the two sides is at 3pm Saturday May 4 at White Hart Lane.
